Knowledge Base

The WP 2FA plugin Knowledge Base is a library of articles and how-to that explain how WP 2FA works and how to configure settings. We are constantly adding and updating documentation so be sure to check often to learn how to make the most out of WP 2FA.

Email support

We offer all of our customers email support, which is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM (GMT). We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours of receipt when received during business hours. Email support can be requested by opening a new support ticket through the website or from the plugin’s Help & Contact Us menu option.
