You will receive an email with a download link and your license key. Use the download link to download the premium trial version of WP 2FA. If you currently have the free version installed, kindly note that upon installing the premium trial version, the free version will be automatically deactivated. All settings and configurations will be transferred over from the free version to the premium version automatically. Once you install the premium version, activate it and enter the license key. If you have the free version, you can safely uninstall it if you wish.

Getting started

If this is your first time using WP 2FA, we strongly recommend reading our administrator’s guide to getting started with WP 2FA. This guide will help you make sure you do not miss out on any of the features that this plugin has to offer.

Should you need help, we offer an extensive WordPress 2FA knowledge base that covers every aspect of the plugin. Should you not find what you are looking for or would rather speak to a person, you can easily open a ticket, and one of our team members will be more than happy to assist you.

I didn’t get the email – what do I do?

If you fail to find the welcome email in your inbox, kindly check your Spam/Junk folder. Alternatively, you can log in to your My Account page, where you’ll find all download links, license keys, invoices, and other information related to your account.

If you do not have the password, use the forgot password function to reset the password. To log in, use the email you used when signing up for the trial.
