Who should use WP 2FA?
WP 2FA is designed for all WordPress websites and business owners, administrators, and managers who want to add an extra layer of security to their website’s authentication. At the same time, the plugin offers the team, customers, and members more flexibility without any security trade-offs.
How does the license calculate the number of users?
WP 2FA’s license is based on the number of users. For example, if you have a 10-user license, 10 users can set up 2FA.
Once the license maximum is reached, you can buy additional user licenses on a pro-rated basis. This means that you do not pay for the time that those users did not use a license. Additional user licenses can be purchased at any time.

Can I use the same license key on all my websites?
Yes. The WP 2FA licensing is based on the number of users and not on the number of websites. Therefore if you have a 100-user license, you can use it on as many websites as you want as long as the number of users who are using 2FA does not exceed 100.
For example, if you have a 100-user license and you have five websites with 20 users on each who are using 2FA, you can use the same license key on all the websites.

Will 2FA stop working if I add more users than the license allows after activating the license key?
No, we would never jeopardize the security of your websites or interrupt your work. If this happens, you will be notified immediately so you can purchase additional user licenses. In the meantime, no additional users will be able to set up 2FA.
What is Priority support in the Enterprise plan?
We always do our best to reply to your support requests as soon as possible, regardless of the plan that you are paying for. However, support requests from paying users of the Enterprise plan are given priority and they are guaranteed a reply within the first 6 to 8 hours during the normal business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9 AM until 6 PM Central European Time).
Is the pricing yearly?
Yes, all of the plugin’s license plans are on a yearly subscription basis. A license renewal is automatically set up upon purchase, which you can cancel whenever you want from your account page. We will also send you reminders a few weeks before the renewal comes due.
